Home Invader Caught Watching Dirty Movie

The following information was provided by the Solon Police Department. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

Solon police arrested a man on June 30 for doing something he shouldn't be doing somewhere he wasn't supposed to be.

Benjamin Green, 20, no known address, was arrested for criminal trespass, a fourth-degree felony.

Shortly after midnight an officer was watching a house on Liberty Road while the family was on vacation when he heard a noise from behind the house.

A man with no socks on came running around the corner. He told the officer he was the homeowner's son.
Green was specifically named as a person not to be on the property.

The sun porch was found left unlocked by the owner but inside police found a cell phone with a "pornographic movie on pause, some crumpled tissues, a pack of cigarettes, and a pair of tennis shoes," according to the police report.

A glass pipe with burnt marijuana residue was found behind a couch in the sunroom as well.
