Davis Development Group recently announced that it has leased the theater on Enterprise Parkway to Digiplex, which plans to upgrade the theater by installing five 3D-compatible screens, according to a press release from Digiplex. The lease of the theater begins Feb. 1. The companies involved provided no timetable for when the 3D theaters are going to be ready. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
