UPDATE: Victim of Early Morning Fatal Rollover ID'd

A Jeep Wrangler traveling west on US 422 around 2:10 a.m. struck a guardrail and rolled over, ejecting the driver and killing him on impact, according to Solon police. The driver, Jason P. Kasmer, 28, of Solon, was just west of state Route 91. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner was called to the scene, as well as the Ohio Department of Transportation, police said. The US 422 guardrails the driver hit are the same ones being questioned by the city's safety director and police chief. Officials believe the guardrails are actually more of a hazard and sent a letter to ODOT saying so. The rails were installed only a few feet away from the left lanes, rather than in the middle of the median, like officials envisioned. Now city council …

That is the first of many accidents sure to happen with those guardrails so close to the left hand lane. It is bad enough there isn't room for a car or truck to pull off the road due to a flat tire or other problems with the car.
