Solon Police arrested the suspect, a 33-year-old Aurora man, on Christmas Eve after witnesses called in to report he was driving his car erratically, including sleeping behind the wheel and running a red light at Solon and SOM Center roads, according to a police report. The suspect then got on 422, heading west, where he police say he ran a Ford Explorer off the Road, stopped to make sure the driver of the other vehicle was unhurt and then kept going.
