Marc's Renovation Plans Move Forward
The Solon Planning Commission signed off on a expansion and remodeling plan for the Marc's in Solon. The City Council will vote on the plan Sept. 4.
Marc's is a step closer to having a bigger and better looking store in Solon. The Solon Planning Commission passed plans for Marc's expansion on to the city council, which is expected to vote on a revised site plan and some variances for the project on Sept. 4. Marc's hopes to build a 4,400-square-foot addition onto the back of the store and also add on another 8,300 square feet by expanding into the Pet Supplies Plus location next door. Pet Supplies Plus plans to move to the under-development Solon Village at the corner of SOM Center and Aurora roads.
