The National Weather Service has announced a flood watch for much of Northeast Ohio through Tuesday morning.
Lots of rain falling on already wet ground has led the National Weather Service to announce a flood watch for much of Northern Ohio. The flood watch, which includes Cuyahoga County, will be in effect through Tuesday morning. The heavier rain is expected to dissipate Monday night as the storm system moves away. A flood watch means there's potential for flooding. Stay alert for a flood warning, especially if you live in a flood-prone area. Many rivers have been rising in response to the rain since yesterday, according to the National Weather Service.
