Woman Caught Trying To Get Percocet From Solon Pharmacies With A Fake Prescription

A 30-year-old Solon woman faces felony drug charges after she tried to obtain percocet from two Solon pharmacies without a fake prescription, according to Solon Police. Kimberly A. Macmonigal, 30, of Solon, was arrested charged with deception to obtain dangerous drugs, a fifth-degree felony, according to Solon Police. According to the police report, the woman dropped off a prescription for percocet at Giant Eagle in Solon. The pharmacist determined that the prescription was fake, and called the police. The woman was then caught that day at Walgreens in Solon, where she had also filed a prescription for percocet. Fake Prescription At Pharmacy Gets Man Arrested

A 52-year-old Aurora man was arrested and charged with deception to obtain dangerous drugs after he obtained Vicodin using a fake prescription, according to Solon Police. Police were called in to assist an agent from the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy to arrest and charge Siegfried R. Boehm, 52, of Aurora. According to the police report, Boehm is accused of using a fraudulent prescription to obtain generic Vicodin from the pharmacy of Giant Eagle in Solon on Sept. 12.
