Five Women Report Thefts from Cars While Exercising on Same Night
The incidents occurred on Nov. 8 at Curves and the Solon Community Center
Five women reported thefts from their vehicles with 90 minutes on Nov. 8. In each case, the women told Solon Police that somebody broke the windows of their cars and stole various items while they exercised. Two of the thefts were reported at Curves, and the others took place at the Solon Community Center. The locations are less than one mile away from one another. First, a 64-year-old woman of Maple Heights said she was at Curves, 6384 SOM Center Road, when somebody broke into her Nissan Quest. Her driver's side window was smashed, and the suspect got away with a purse containing identification and credit cards.
