911 Call: Pizza Delivery Guy Fights Off Robbers

Three men and one woman were arrested and charged with jumping a Zeppe's Pizza delivery driver Wednesday and trying to rob him. The driver, 18, of Bainbridge, was able to fight off the robbers, despite the assailants pulling out a knife. The worker only received minor injuries to his lip, and had nothing taken, according to a news release from the police department. Lt. Bruce Felton, a spokesman for the department, said the driver likely used his 200-pound frame and his wits to drive off the attackers. Felton said the driver sounded his horn loudly during the attack, which likely scared the robbers away.
