I went to Parkside from Grades K-4 and currently in 5th grade. This morning one of my friends toldRead More me. I did not want to start my day like this. I will miss her. I didn't get to see her that much since I never got in trouble. Mrs. Keeney is one of the best principals ever and I will miss her.

I knew Martha for over 10 years both on a personal and professional basis. Martha was a greatRead More listener and adviser. She always took the time to listen to the children and answered their questions. Martha's door was always open to parents and staff. Martha touched so many families in the city of Solon, she will be sorely missed.

I was so very blessed to work for Martha at Orchard Middle School! She was always a role model and aRead More true inspiration to me and so many! Martha was a class act, a dedicated professional, and a true woman of faith! I learned so much from her about education, discipline, curriculum, love and logic, leadership, and life! She had a heart of gold, was a beacon of light to faculty, staff, students, and all she encountered. She exuded grace, class, charm, beauty and possessed an infectious enthusiasm that was magnetic. I treasure the memories I have of her and have modeled my current role as an administrator in a Private School after her and her influence on my life! My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. "A sunset on earth is a sunrise in heaven" God bless you Marhta, thank you for the angel you have been to me and to all of your Solon family! Your ripples are endless! Love, Kristyn Craven Singleton
