WoW!! I was so impressed my first time visiting this location. Such a friendly, clean and knowledgeable establishment. They knew all their customers by first name and really make you feel welcome. My nails looked awesome and polish lasted much longer than with other nail salon's I visited in the past.

Not at all impressed. Visited the salon for a shallac manicure that took an hour and a half. FOR A MANICURE. I did not receive a hand massage, nor did they at least give me some hand lotion when I was finished. My nails are uneven, and the paint job looks lousy. I won't be visiting again- should have stuck with my regular place in Independence (worth the drive from Solon.)
