Solon Celebrates National Night Out

The held an event at the to celebrate the National Night Out, a 28-year-old event to encourage neighbors to look out for each other and be proactive about crime prevention in their communities.
It was the first such event in Solon. The night's activities included a demonstration by Solon K-9 officer Matt Troyer and police dog Stryker, a dunk tank and bounce castles for the kids and a number of vendors that offer security and safety related products.
