Solon Takes Care of Business, Beats Strongsville 38-14

The Solon Comets end the regular season with a 9-1 record and will now wait to find out who and where they will play in the first round of the state playoffs.

The Solon Comets took care of business Friday against Strongsville with four turnovers and a three-touchdown game from running back Khoury Crenshaw.

Solon finished the regular season with a 9-1 record and will now wait to see who they will play in the first round of the state playoffs. Before this game, Solon was the second seed in Region 1. Eight teams in each region make the tournament and the first four seeds have home games in the first round.

"We'll play anywhere," said Head Coach Jim McQuaide. "We'll see where things shake out and see where they tell us to play."
