Ny Redding hit a three-point as the buzzer sounded to lead the Comets over visiting Strongsville, 55-54, on Friday night.
Redding finished with 8 points, while teammate Josh Glass led all scorers with 23. Also chipping in scoring for the Comets was Nate Brillhart and Denzell Davis with 8 points each, Kareem Oldham with 6 points and Hari Fair with 2 points.
The win brings the Comets to 5-10 on the season. Strongsville fell to 3-11.
