Have Extra Halloween Candy? Donate It To The Troops
Solon Middle School and Orchard Middle School are collecting leftover Halloween candy for the troops until Friday.
Too much Halloween candy? You can donate it to a good cause!
Solon Middle and Orchard Middle schools are collecting extra Halloween candy that will be sent to troops serving overseas through local USO organizations.
If you have a student at Solon Middle or Orchard, simply send the candy to school with them or drop it off in the office.

If you don't have a student those schools and would like to support the students' collection efforts, please bring any extra Halloween treats to the Solon Board of Education offices. There will be a collection box there until Friday, Nov. 9.
