Developing an Effective Business Plan

This presentation is intended for those individuals who need to prepare a strong business plan in order to launch their business and secure financing and loans. It will cover the difference between a strategic plan and a business plan, and business plan formats are outlined with the necessary elements, i.e. executive summary, service focus, marketing analysis, management and operations plan.  Attendees will learn to tie their goals, objectives and actions to the development of their financial plan.  All worksheets and materials are provided by the Business Advisers of Cleveland.
