Valtronics Technologies To Create 85 New Jobs in Solon with Expansion

Valtronics Technologies plans to purchase a warehouse in Solon for an electronics design and manufacturing operation, a move that will create 85 new jobs in Solon over the next eight years.

The company, which already has 89 workers in Solon, will receive as much as $44,904 annual payment for eight years from Solon for creating those jobs as part of the city's grant program. The grant was approved this week by the .

Valtronics hopes to occupy the warehouse, located at 29200 Fountain Parkway, in September and install equipment and machinery by the end of 2014. The company's new investment is estimated at $4.5 million.

The company plans to create the new 85 jobs over the next eight years, with new jobs starting this year and next and concluding in 2020.The total payroll of the new jobs will be close to $4.5 million.
