According to the newspaper, Cornhoff is on the witness list because he had a conversation with Bedford Clerk of Courts Tom Day -- who is also a potential witness and is also not charged with a crime -- about getting a job in Solon for a woman in a sexual relationship for Dimora. The newspaper says Day's daughter works for Cornhoff.
