Political Statement? 'No Deer Hunting' Sign Vandalized

A resident on Cannon Road told Solon Police that someone vandalized the 'No Deer Hunting' in his front yard.

According to the 61-year-old man, the sign had been removed from the ground and an archery arrow was shoved into it.

Solon is currently using sharpshooters to reduce the deer population . Many homes had no hunting signs in their yard since November, when deer hunting opponents attemped to that would have outlawed hunting deer in town. It failed by wide margin.
