Here are some of the items Solon City Council will discuss at tonight's meeting

Solon City Council will discuss setbacks and parking lot improvements at various businesses within city limits.

The items have already been approved the planning comission and are ready for council's consideration. They include setback variances at PNC Bank, Fifth Third Bank and .

Tonight's meeting will also serve as a about the filing date of nominating petitions in the city. The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections previously requested that the deadline be changed to no later than 90 days before the date set for the general election. The current filing date is 75 days prior to the election.

Council will also discuss correspondence from Mike Cook, a Solon graduate who wants to to 'Kotora Way,' in honor of former Solon High School principal E. James Kotora, .
