Nestle To Show New R&D Building Designs Monday

The company will give the Solon City Council a presentation on plans for the new research and development building the company will build in Solon.

officials will meet with the Solon City Council Monday and provide an update on the the company is building in Solon.

Nestle will show council members the latest "building concepts" for the facility, which the company says will add 40 to 60 new jobs and expand its frozen food business.

The meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday at the Nestle Culinary Center at 30003 Bainbridge Road. The meeting is open to the public, but Nestle requires residents to show photo ID to enter the facility.

Nestle can move forward with plans for the facility after overwhelmingly winning a rezoning that was on the ballot in November.
