Huntington Bank Looks to Build Branch at Solon Square
The bank needs a number of variances to build its branch on Aurora Road at the front of Solon Square shopping center
Huntington Bank is seeking to build a 3,000-square-foot branch at Solon Square shopping center.
The project will be reviewed by the Solon Planning Commission at its 7 p.m. meeting tonight. The bank submitted a site plan and needs a number of variances before it can build the branch, including those for setbacks, building color, material and wall signs.
The bank's representative, Colton Enterprises, will be at tonight's hearing.

Right now, Huntington has a branch located inside Giant Eagle and a drive-thru location in front of Solar Center shopping center.
In other planning commission items, the commission will also discuss a sign variance for Station 43.
