Women Harrassed By Two Men At Solon ATM

Police are investigating a report by a 50-year-old woman that she was harrassed and her car struck by two men at a Solon ATM.

The woman, from Chagrin Falls, came into the police station on Jan. 14 to tell officers that she and her mother were in a car at the drive-up ATM at Charter One Bank on SOM Center Road when she was menaced by two different men, according to the police report.

The woman said that a man in a car behind them started honking his horn, then got out, began screaming and pounding on the hood of the woman's car.

Then another man came up to the car and asked sarcastically if the two women needed help moving their car.

There was no visible damage to the car, but officers are looking into the report.
