Woman Leaves Purse In Car For 5 Minutes, and It's Stolen

The information in this report is from the Solon Police Department.

A Solon woman stepped out of her car for five minutes to pick up her child from daycare.

In that five minutes, her purse was stolen from her car, according to Solon Police.

The 44-year-old Solon resident was picking up her child at Kindercare on Kruse Drive on Nov. 26. At 6:10 p.m., she ran inside and thought she used her key fob to lock the door.

She returned to the car at 6:15 p.m. to find her purse gone, according to the police report. Inside the purse was some cash, credit cards, drivers license and other personal documents, according to the report.
