Woman, Daughter Flee House To Escape Ex-Husband

A man was arrested and charged with threatening after his ex-wife and 11-year-old daughter had to flee their house to get away from him, according to .

The 46-year-old Burton man has prior convictions for domestic violence, according to Solon Police.

The police were called by the woman at about 11:49 p.m. on May 17, while she and her child were hiding behind a tree near Station 43. They had fled their home on Portage Street because they feared for their safety after her ex-husband had arrived, the police report reads.
