Woman Caught With Psychedelic Drug Candies, Faces Felony Charge

An Elyria woman faces a felony drug charge after police found a number of suspected drugs in her possession after a traffic stop, according to Solon Police.

Arrested and charged was Ashley Marie Senter, 22, of Elyria. She faces a drug possession charge, which is a fifth-degree felony, according to the police report.

A car with two women in it was pulled over on U.S. 422 on April 21. The driver, a 26-year-old North Ridgeville woman, had a suspended license, according to the report.

During a search of the car, police found 59 grams of marijuana and 21 individually wrapped chocolate candies that are suspected of containing 2C-1, a psychedelic drug substance. Senter is also accused of having two Adderol pills in her possession, according to the report.

The chocolates were sent to be test and other charges may be pending, according to the police.
