Woman Caught Trying To Get Percocet From Solon Pharmacies With A Fake Prescription

A 30-year-old Solon woman faces felony drug charges after she tried to obtain percocet from two Solon pharmacies without a fake prescription, according to Solon Police.

Kimberly A. Macmonigal, 30, of Solon, was arrested charged with deception to obtain dangerous drugs, a fifth-degree felony, according to Solon Police.

According to the police report, the woman dropped off a prescription for percocet at Giant Eagle in Solon. The pharmacist determined that the prescription was fake, and called the police.

The woman was then caught that day at Walgreens in Solon, where she had also filed a prescription for percocet.

The police contacted the health care professional on the prescription, who confirmed that he did not issue it, according to the report.
