Woman Arrested While Drinking In Her Mercedes

A 51-year-old Aurora woman was arrested and charged with physical control after she was caught drinking in her black Mercedes at Solon Square shopping plaza, according to Solon Police.
Officers noticed the woman when they pulled into the parking lot. According to the report, she got out of the car looked around and get back in before officers approached, the report reads.
The woman had an open can of Olde English 800 in the car. She recorded a breathalyzer test of .124, over the legal limit of .08, according to the report.
