Woman Arrested For Loaning Car To Man With Suspended License

A Chagrin Falls woman was charged with wrongful entrustment after she allowed a man arrested recently for drug possession drive her car while his license was suspended, according to .

Ricardo Anderson was pulled over and charged with driving with a suspended license. He was also cwhen police found crack cocaine, according to a police report.

The owner of the car was Marla Dail, 51. Police went to her home and arrested her, charging her with wrongful entrustment for allowing Anderson to drive her car.

That crime is a first-degree misdemeanor.

Marla Dail, 51, of Chagrin Falls was charged with Wrongful Entrustment, a first degree misdemeanor, on 3/25/12 9:47 a.m. for allowing the above arrested Ricardo Anderson drive her car while he had a suspended driver’s license.Β
