The information in this report is from the Solon Police. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

A man was arrested and charged with physical control after a Solon Police officer found him and another man passed out in the car in a gas station parking lot.

The officer noticed the two men passed out in the car at the Shell Station on SOM Center Road. He woke them up and asked the driving how much he had to drink. "A good amount," the driver replied, according to the police report.

The driver, a 30-year-old man from Chagrin Falls, was arrested and taken to Solon jail. He refused a breathalyzer test.
