Twinsburg Man, Teenager Arrested for Drug Trafficking at Solon Home Days

A Solon officer on bicycle patrol arrested a Twinsburg man and a teenager on drug trafficking charges during the Solon Home Days festival.

Marlon Baker, 19, was charged with trafficking in drugs and possession of criminal tools.Β 

A 17-year-old male, also from Twinsburg, was arrested on the same charges. He was referred to juvenile court.

According to the police report, the officer rode up to two men standing near a parked car at the festival and noticed the smell of raw marijuana.

When he asked the men about it, they said they were just "smoking a blunt." The officer searched the car and found about 62 grams of weed, including a 48.24 grame bag that also contained the 17-year-old's driver's license.
