A 15-year-old Solon teen was arrested after an RTA bus driver said he spit on her.
A officer discovered the situation when he saw the RTA bus parked on Aurora Road near Melbury Street. He saw a teenager running down the street being pursued by a female bus driver.
The police stopped the boy and found out from the bus driver that she had asked him to turn his music down while on the bus. The teenager refused and cursed at the bus driver.
Then the bus driver said the teenager spit on her and left.
Police say the teenager admitted to cursing at the driver but said he spit on the ground, not at the driver. But a witness coroborated the driver's story.
The teenager was taken to Solon jail and later released to his mother. He will be referred to juvenile court for charge of disorderly conduct.
