Sun News: Solon Man Indicted for Tampering with Property Records

The indictment is a result of an investigation by two law enforcement agencies

A Solon resident serving on the Cuyahoga County Board of Revisions was indicted last week on one count of tampering with records, according to the Sun News.

Keith Headen, 52, is accused of changing a property record to lower its value by $31,000 after the board had rejected the property owner's request, the newspaper reports.

The indictment comes as part of an investigation being conducted by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation.
