C'mon Chris, I know your intention is to simply report the news, but this woman is obviously in a very bad place and is in need of help.... Serious help. What is the point of running this story and her photo AGAIN? At this point, it just seems like you're piling on. Is she really worthy of the Internet's version of a Post Office Wanted poster? Something to think about, perhaps.....

I agree fully. I was wrongfully arrested by solon detectives, and the following week my arrest was in all local papers. Why do you convict with the media? People are innocent till proven guilty, at least thats what our constitution reads. I had kids in the solon schools at the time, and did not want to tell them anything about it to preserve the integrity of our police force in their eyes, and spare them any undue worry. They came home from school crying that everyone was calling me a convict and i was arrested. The charges were so ridiculously dropped in court from a felony to a 1st degree misdemeanor and the prosecutor told my retained attorney that i have to be charged with something as he is the 1 that has to call the solon detective bureau and report all charges dismissed. Even though i brought exculpatory evidence i received the week prior to court. I will always be bitter and extremely pissed off at our poor detectives of solon. It cost me $4.000.00 for my lawyer, court costs and a made up fine of $600.00 for something i was accused of and convicted for in the local news. And my kids were the real ones that werent, tried yet convicted by our local media, via their peers. Is there any recourse for me and my kids? I think not
