Solon Man Wanted by U.S. Marshals on Rape, Domestic Violence Charges

The U.S. Marshals and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force are searching for a 48-year-old Solon man who is accused of rape and domestic violence, according to the .

Bobby Jackson, who has prior convictions of domestic violence, stayed at a woman's home on Dec. 11, and when she returned from taking her children to school on Dec. 12, he attacked her, according to a police report. The woman had a temporary protection order against him.

Jackson punched the woman in the head with a closed fist, slammed her onto the bed, threatened to beat her with a hammer, choked and raped her, according to the police report.Β

He then left, and he is still at large.

Pending charges include felony counts of rape and domestic violence, police said.
