Road Rage Driver Charged with Disorderly Conduct
61-year-old Solon man charged by city prosecutor after accident on 422
A 61-year-old Solon man was charged with disorderly conduct stemming from an accident on 422 in Warrensville Heights in January.
According to police, Joseph M. Mulholland was charged by the city prosecutor with disorderly conduct after the case was reviewed.
According to the police report from the incident, two drivers left the scene of the crash in Warrensville Heights and drove east on 422 toward Solon.

According to the victim, a 43-year-old Willoughby Hills man – the driver who left the scene – the Solon driver followed and tried to run him off the road. The Solon man told police he was only trying to stop the man to get his information because of the earlier car wreck.
He also said the Willoughby Hills man slammed on his brakes numerous times, in what the Solon man believed was an attempt to cause another crash, according to police.

At Bainbridge Road and Solon Road, the Solon man got out of his car and approached the victim.
