Police: Man With Baby Caught Smoking Pot In Parked Car

A 23-year-old Cleveland man was charged with drug abuse after officers caught him smoking marijuana in a parked car, according to .

The man also had an infant sitting next to him in a car seat, according to the report.

Arrested and charged with drug abuse was Martell Cooper, 23, of Cleveland.

According to the police report, Cooper was found in the car at a Kruse Drive parking lot on June 23 while his family was at a picture studio having their pictures taken.

Police received multiple calls from people who said there was someone in the parking lot smoking marijuana.

Officer arrived and said they found Cooper sitting in the back with an infant in a child seat next to him. The officers smelled burning marijuana and found residue on the floor of car, according to the report.

The man also had a marijuana cigarette in his pocket.
