Police Investigating Two Break-ins at Solon Businesses

The break-ins occurred at two businesses not close to each other, but police suspect they may be related

Solon police are investigating two late March break-ins at area businesses that may be related.

The first break-in happened at Ohio Mobile Gaming on Richmond Road sometime between March 23 and March 26.

An officer on patrol near the business discovered that a trailer on the property had pry marks on the doors and a latch had been pulled off.Β

Stolen from the trailer was a surround sound system and amplifier, an Xbox 360 Kinect and a 42-inch Vizio television. The items were valued at a total of $1,425.

The other breaking and entering happened at Mar Systems on Solon Road between March 25 and March 26. A trailer on that property was also broken into but nothing appeared to be missing.

The detective bureau is investigating the case.
