Police Investigating Rape Case Involving 10-Year-Old Suspect
The following information was provided by the Solon Police Department.
A Cuyahoga County social worker approached Solon Police on Sept. 10 to report a possible sexual assault.
The worker said she was assigned to investigate a possible rape that happened in Solon possibly involving a 10-year-old suspect and a 9-year-old victim, according to police.
She said there may have been three separate incidents of sexual assault since July 31, 2013.
The case has been turned over to the detective bureau.
