Police Arrest Vomiting Man on Physical Control Charge

Solon Police received a call at about 6 p.m. Feb. 10 that a man had stumbled out of Benny's Grille, climbed into his car to drive away, only to open his door and begin vomiting onto the pavement in the Solon Square Shopping Center.

The man, a 56-year-old Twinsburg resident, was still vomitting when police arrived.Β 

The man registered a .115 blood-alcohol level, over the legal limit of .08. He was charged with physical control because his keys were in the ignition.
