Mom Refuses To Take Home 51-Year-Old Drunken Son, So He's Arrested

Solon Police took a drunken 51-year-old Solon man from the bar to his home, which he shares with his mother.

The problem? His mother wanted nothing to do with him.

The man was out drinking at Station 43 on Aurora Road and causing a disturbance in the parking lot, according to a report. Officers arrived and told them man they would take him to his home on Edgemoor Avenue.

When he got there, his mother turned him away, saying "No, don't take him here," according to the report. He then started verbally attacking his mother, so the police arrested him.

He is charged with disorderly conduct.
