Solon's fire and rescue services are hosting an open house on Sunday, Oct. 6 from 1-4 p.m.
The event will be at Fire Station 1 at 5595 Harper Road.
The family outing is a chance to meet safety force members and includes activities for the kids, demonstrations and refreshments.
