Man, Woman Arrested With Bath Salts In Solon

A man and a woman face felony charges after a traffic stop in Solon.
The man, Joseph Allen, 31, of Lorain, is charged with felony drug possession after police found suspected bath salts in the car after it was pulled over on April 21 on SOM Center Road, according to a Solon Police report.
The woman, Nichole Estremera, of Brunswick, is charged with drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia, falsification, and carrying a concealed weapon, accoridng to the report. She was also wanted on a felony warrant out of Medina County.

On April 21 during a traffic stop, a police dog alerted for drugs in an SUV. That's when a woman inside tried to exit the car out of the rear gate.
The woman was apprehended by police and she told them that she did not have any weapons on her. After a search, police found a knife in her possession, according to the report.

Besides the suspected bath salts several pills, marijuana, a scale, pipes, a spoon, papers, and drug testing kits were found in the car, reads the report.
Additional charges could be filed pending the results of testing done on the pills.
