Man Found Passed Out With His Pants Down

The information in this report is from the Solon Police. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

A Mayfield Heights man was charged with physical control after he was passed out in his car with his pants down, according to Solon Police.

Donald Dubose, 36, of Mayfield Heights was arrested on Sept. 18 at 10:34 p.m. and charged with physical control.

According to Solon Police, Dubose was found in his car in the driver’s seat with the keys in the ignition.

He also had his pants down around his ankles, according to the report. Police roused the man, who had trouble pulling up his pants. Police suspected he was intoxicated, so they performed a sobriety test.

He submitted to a breath test with a result of .228, more than three times the legal limit, according to the police report.

Police say Dubose was arrested for the same offense in the same location on Sept. 5.
