Man Charged With Driving Four Kids Without Child Restraints

A Cleveland man was charged after he was caught driving through Solon with four kids in the car and none of them in child restraints and having drugs in the car, according to .

Two adults passengers were also arrested, one on a charge of drug abuse and the other for two active warrants, one a felony.

The car contained four kids between 13-months- and 5-years-old that should have been in proper child restraints.

A Solon Police officer pulled the car over on Aurora Road near Portz Parkway because the officer noticed there was no front license plate and a broken tail light. As he approached the car, he saw one of the kids standing on an adult's lap.

Officers found marijuana on the driver and one of the passengers.

Steven E. Feckley, 20, of Cleveland was charged with drug abuse, failure to have a child safety seat and using plates for another vehicle. Michael James Stinnett, 20, of Cleveland was charged with drug abuse.

The third adult passenger, Luther Elmer Cummings, 30, of North Olmsted was picked up because of two active warrants against him.
