Man Charged With Crack Cocaine Possession After Traffic Stop

Two men were arrested in Solon on March 16 after a traffic stop near Pepper Drive, according to .

One of the men, Raymond Fowler, 42, of Bainbridge, was charged with drug posession after officers found what they suspect was crack cocaine and a crack pipe on the floor of the car and on Fowler's person, according to the police report.

The other man, the driver, originally misidentified himself by using his brother's name. He also had an open, 24-ounce can of Steel Reserve Malt Liquor in the car.

But police learned that he was Ricardo Anderson, 55, of Bainbridge, and charged him with falsification, driving under a suspended license, driving with an open liquor container and a license-plate light violation.
