Man Charged With Attempting to Illegally Obtain Prescription Drugs

Solon Police arrested a man who they say attempted to obtain drugs by passing a bogus prescription at a pharmacy.

Anthony Ania, 45, of Solon, is charged with illegal processing of a drug document, a fourth-degree felony. He was arrested June 27.

He is accused of attempting to obtain 90 hydrocodone pills at Walgreens on SOM Center Road by passing the pharmacist a photocopy of a prescription.
