Man Arrested With Stolen Handgun In Solon

A Youngstown man was charged with a felony after he was caught in Solon with a stolen handgun, according to Solon Police.
Devin A. Glover, 29, of Youngstown was arrested during a traffic stop on SOM Center Road and charged with felony receiving stolen property, fictitious plates, expired plates and driving under suspension, according to a police report.
Glover was pulled over on Feb. 12 at 2:30 p.m. because he was spotted with a fictitious temporary tag on his car, according to the report.

Police officers searched the car and found a .40-caliber Smith and Wesson semi-automatic pistol and a pistol magazine hidden in the compartment intended for a car jack, reads the report.
It turns out the pistol was stolen from an owner in Alliance in January 2012.
