Man Accused of Driving Drunk with Child in Car
A Solon man was pulled over after driving erratically with his child in the back seat
Police arrested a 32-year-old Solon man at 3 a.m. on April 3 after he was spotted making sudden lane changes at the intersection of SOM Center Road and Windchester Drive, according to Solon police. Police found his 7-year-old child in the back seat.
Terrell Murphy was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, endangering children and failure to stop at several stop signs. Police said Murphy also narrowly avoided hitting other drivers.
