The information in this report is from the Solon Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Los Angeles woman, pulled over Aug. 13 for suspicion of intoxicated driving, kept asking Solon Police officers about her marijuana.

Needless to say, the officers became interested.

Christina May Strok, 29, of L.A., was pulled over after driving 81 mph on U.S. 422. Police brought out the canine Stryker to search the car and found a bag of Jolly Rancher candies with a label that said they contained cannabis and were for medical use only.

Strok blew a .067 on the breathalyzer, but was still arrested because officers believed she was intoxicated. She submitted to blood and urine tests, and the results are pending.
